Back then four door cabs were done by outside shops, not the manufacturers themselves. I think GM was the first with the 3+3 do to it inhouse.

Maybes o, but that's how they were made back then. I like it and if money were available I wouldn't hesitate to add it to my stable. It's old and it's ugly, but it has tons of character and individuality.
